La Fnac reste "Égale" à elle-même

Négociation sur l’Égalité Professionnelle à la FNAC du 16 février 2016

 Conformément à ses obligations, la direction a ouvert la négociation sur l'égalité professionnelle. 
D'entrée, FO est revenu sur l'échec de fin 2014 : la Fnac avait refusé de s'engager sur une enveloppe correctrice pour traiter les disparités pérennes en matière d'égalité pro. Réponse de la DRH très claire, elle n'a pas d'enveloppe dédiée pour cette nouvelle cession.

Deuxième point essentiel sur lequel FO est immédiatement revenu : l'approche de la direction sur les disparités provoquées par le REC [NDLR : variable de rémunération] est-elle modifiée ? La réponse est non.

Le décor est planté. La Direction affiche une volonté sur le sujet mais sans moyens.
Bref, la Fnac reste "ÉGALE" à elle-même !
