LA PRUD’HOMIE EST EN DANGER !
Le groupe de travail chargé par Madame la Ministre de la Justice de mener une réflexion et de faire des propositions sur les juridictions du XXIe siècle vient de nous auditionner. La volonté, entre autre, de notre Ministre, est de réunir dans un tribunal de première instance (TPI) les juridictions telles que : CPH, Tribunal de commerce, TCI ... Nous nous sommes vivement opposés à cette orientation qui, à coup sûr, remettrait en cause la spécificité des Prud’hommes.
