Ville de Nantes : victoire de Force Ouvrière et réintégration d'un policier municipal
Un policier municipal, syndiqué FO, licencié de manière arbitraire après 21 ans de service, a été réintégré.
Le juge des référés près le Tribunal administratif de Nantes a donné raison à Force Ouvrière :
Suspension immédiate du retrait d’agrément décidé par le Procureur de la République ;
Obligation pour la Ville de Nantes de réintégrer l’agent dans ses effectifs.
