L’intersyndicale a soumis au Conseil constitutionnel, qui rendra sa décision le 14 avril, des argumentaires considérant que cette loi devrait être déclarée contraire à la Constitution.

L’intersyndicale appelle à une journée de mobilisations et de grève le 13 avril et soutient toutes les actions et initiatives intersyndicales de mobilisations, y compris le 14 avril, pour gagner le retrait de cette réforme.
