Un nouveau Directeur à l’Hôpital de St Nazaire : « Vous arrivez dans un hôpital qui maltraite son personnel » (un agent)

Lundi 15 janvier, Mr Couvreur, le nouveau directeur, s’est invité à l’AG organisée par le syndicat FO. Il a déclaré devant les agents vouloir : « d’abord avoir la vision la plus juste possible de la situation et des différents services puis voir quelles priorités on se fixe » ... 
Déclaration somme toute ... « bateau », alors que les conditions de travail ne s’arrangent pas, au contraire :
« Les contractuels sont passés de 6 mois à 3 mois. On remplace les gens par du temps partiel. On est en train de perdre l’anesthésie au profit du privé ... » Gaël Leturque.

En résumé : nouveau Directeur / mêmes revendications.
